Tyler has been appraising since 2018, where he began his career in the mid-state area of Pennsylvania. Over the next two and a half years, he not only completed his state certified general license, he also completed the prestigious designations of MAI, SRA, and AI-GRS through the Appraisal Institute, one of the youngest members to achieve these designations. Once he completed his three designations, he moved to Philadelphia where he extended the growing footprint of Principle Valuation Group. Tyler continues to develop his skillset working on a range of projects including tax appeal work, divorce case litigation, green energy residential and general commercial properties (varying property types).

Tyler has participated in his civil duties as well with being a member of the local Appraisal Institute Chapter's Board. Outside of appraising, Tyler works with the Maccabi USA national program, traveling across the globe to coach youth soccer players.
