Cameron J. Sprenkle

Senior Appraiser, Director - Valuation

Cameron J. Sprenkle is an experienced valuation professional and serves as a Senior Associate with Principle Valuation Group. Cameron has extensive expertise in real estate valuation and advisory services, specializing in complex valuation issues in property types including but not limited to, retail, office, mixed-use, multi-family, subdivision analysis, hospitality, and special purpose properties. Cameron has developed a strong track record in property analysis, market research, and valuation methodologies; backed by certifications as a Certified General Appraiser in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. His skill set includes in-depth knowledge of appraisal practices and procedures, complex problem solving and experience solving a variety of unique appraisal problems for various clients including banks, family offices, attorneys and others.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Villanova University, and has furthered his professional development through comprehensive training at the Appraisal Institute. His qualifications enable him to deliver accurate and insightful valuation reports that support clients’ decision-making in the real estate sector. He is currently pursuing the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

While Cameron is not solving complex appraisal problems and providing consulting expertise to a variety of clients – he enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and rooting on the Villanova Wildcats.
