Principle Real Estate Consultants, a new full-service commercial and residential real estate appraising, brokering, and consulting firm has launched by opening offices in York, Pennsylvania; Ellicott City, Maryland; and the Washington D.C. area. The company’s focus area Maryland, Delaware, South Central Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia.

“I’ve been working with my father in this industry since I was a teenager,” said Ryan Hlubb, founder of Principle Real Estate Consultants. “Over the past few years, I began to see an industry need for a firm with greater efficiency and technology balanced with personal client relationships. Our goal is to fulfill that need.”

The firm has launched with a team of professionals who have over 150 years of collective experience and will perform appraisals on complex real estate and offer services in brokerage advisory and consulting. Using the company’s new type of industry business model, Principle has already begun securing clients in Maryland, Delaware, South Central Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia and is working on the development of new industry software that will help them continue to increase efficiencies.

“We’re looking to evolve this industry and to do that we need to be on the forefront of technology that allows us to better serve our clients’ individual needs,” said Hlubb. “In this case, this specific technology doesn’t exist, so we are working to develop it. That’s just one example of our dedication to being the best.”

Hlubb’s passion for real estate began at a young age as he began his career assisting his father in setting up databases, connecting to MLS and tax record systems, taking comp pictures, and assembling reports as a teen. He was previously awarded the MAI and SRA designations, held by appraisers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential properties, by the Appraisal Institute. He is the former president of the Maryland Chapter of the Appraisal Institute; has served on the Appraisal Institute’s National Admissions Designation and Qualifications Committee; and has previously served on the Real Estate Advisory Board of the University of Baltimore. Currently, he serves on the Appraisal Institute’s International Board of Directors as the 2015-2016 vice chair for Region VI and as the 2017-2018 chair for Region VI.  Although Hlubb has already seen much success, he credits others for the launch of this new business venture.

“I’ve received a tremendous amount of support and guidance from my peers, local professionals and fellow colleagues in launching Principle Real Estate Consultants,” said Hlubb. “That’s what makes this more than just business; it makes it personal.”
