Emma is a valued member of the team at Principle Valuation Group, actively developing her expertise in the commercial real estate appraisal field. Emma plays a key role in supporting various aspects of the firm’s appraisal and advisory services with strong understanding of appraisal processes, and market research and analysis. Her focus encompasses a range of property types, including subdivision analysis, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, and special purpose properties.
Emma received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland and has been with Principle Valuation Group since 2013. Outside of her professional endeavors, Emma enjoys socializing with her friends, being outside with her dog, traveling with her boyfriend, and unwinding with a crisp glass of wine.
